Jeff Dunham Boise Concert reviews
Amazing show, lackluster venue
Jeff Dunham was amazing and everything about the show itself was everything I expected and more. Truly worth the money paid and we got lucky and our seats were upgraded upon arrival so instead of being upper level in nosebleed seats, we got lower level so we were at the stage just at the corner.
Now I docked one star because the venue itself had questionable methods of everything security. First, they wouldn't let me bring in my tiny crossbody because of "policy". Like this thing was the size of a small iPad, and I only carried it for my Invisalign case. I'm a woman, I have no pockets so for the duration of the show, if I wanted to snack on something, I had to hold my Invisalign in one hand and eat with the other which is hardly ideal. Then, the security lady for our section wouldn't leave the people next to us alone. It was stated we couldn't film the show which I understand is for copyright purposes. But the security lady got on anyone's case if they so much as pulled out their phone. How is anyone supposed to get a picture to say "guess where I am?" Or something. Lastly, the stadium itself had really tight seating. I felt embarrassed having to make the entire row get up, fold their seat, and then stand against their folded seat just so I could get to mine. They didn't enjoy it either for sure. Hardly can be helped there but worth mentioning.
Overall, I would see Jeff Dunham again as he was a wonderful show. I just might be more choosy about the venue.
